Vanessa Wallace graduated in 1991 with a BSc in Psychology and Anthropology and later in 2005 with a Masters in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy both completed at Goldsmiths College, University of London. She has since qualified as a Coach and Clinical Supervisor.
Vanessa has worked in prisons and in the community on drug treatment programs for 16 years. Her positions include Clinical Lead of a private drug treatment center and Operations Manager of a Peer-led charity for individuals with drug problems.
Vanessa now runs highly successful recovery retreats in the UK, with clients attending from all over the world. The retreat program has been designed from her own evidence-based research and personal experience of recovery.
Her special interest is in developing effective mind, body and spirit programs and to educate people on the need for this eclectic approach to go on and live highly fulfilling and meaningful lives in recovery.
