Prof (Dr) Sudhir Kumar Satpathy is a medical doctor (MBBS), a public health specialist (MD) and epidemiologist (M.Sc.) as well, with 40 years of work experience with Government of India, NGO(PHFI), Universities and international organizations in lead roles mostly in developing countries like India and Nigeria. Dr. Satpathy has just retired as Director, School of Public Health, KIIT University and currently available as a freelance consultant. He has 34 publication to his credit and a recipient of CUGH Velji Global Health Education Award. He has a passion for Global Health, addiction studies and international collaboration activities
