Biography
Rakesh Gupta is President and Director for Public Health, Strategic Institute for Public Health Education and Research (SIPHER). He is a Former-Director Health Services and Director of Chemical Examiner Lab. Punjab –India. He has a professional experience of more than 35 years in service and is an Alumni of John Hopkins School of Public Health, Baltimore-2012 and University of California San Francisco-2012 as a short term scholar. He has contributed significantly to many National/International Conferences. Abstracts accepted and presented in WLCs Barcelona 2014, Cape Town 2015, Liverpool 2016, COPD Conference Tokyo-2018, APACT Bali-2018 and NCTOH Mumbai 2019. He was awarded WHO Award 2015 on World No Tobacco Day.
