Dr Li-Min Cheng is an adjunct assistant professor of the Department of International Business of Providence University in Taiwan and is also the director of the secretariat office of Legal Affairs Bureau of Taichung City Government. He has a law bachelor degree, public administration master degree and business administration PhD degree. Dr Cheng focuses on business administration, public administration, and jurisdiction interdisciplinary researches. Additionally, he is an editorial board member of Addiction & Drug Abuse Open Access Journal (ADOAJ) and interested in consumer protection in the healthcare field. He has dozens of journal papers and has experiences in cross-domain cooperation.
