Biography
My broad research interests are in the areas of proteomics, a subset of the ‘Omics Technology’. My publications so far mainly related in utilizing proteomics technology in studying samples composed of protein such as snake venom, jellyfish toxin, bull semen, prawn hemolymph, mice or rat serums, plant extracts etc. The technologies involved either the bottom-up type of proteomics i.e two-dimensional electrophoresis combined with mass spectrometry to characterize complex protein mixtures or the 2DE guided purification application to isolate useful protein.
