Dr. Hof-Nahor Irit received her B.A. degree in Life Science in 2002 from the Haifa University, her B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry in 2005 from the Tel-Aviv University and her Ph.D. in Medicine Science in 2011, from The Technion – Israel institute of technology. Since 2012 Irit teaches various courses health-related at the undergraduate and graduate level at Oranim Academic College of Education in Israel and was awarded numerous times as outstanding lecturer. Irit serves as the head of health-promoting college task force at the Mofet Institute, a national intercollegiate centre for research in teacher education. Irit's research of interest is in the interaction of health and education, interaction of nutrition and education and health-promoting programs.
