Sessions and Tracks

Track 1: What is Diabetes?

This section will cover different types of music. Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or the body cannot use it effectively. Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood sugar. High blood sugar, also known as hyperglycemia, is a common result of uncontrolled diabetes and causes serious damage to many body systems, especially nerves and blood vessels. by the time. These are types of diabetes, diabetes symptoms, pre-diabetes, diabetes treatment, insulin therapy, diabetes medications and diabetes diagnosis.

Track 2: Diabetes Types

In general, type 1, 2, and gestational diabetes are briefly explained here. Type 1 diabetes is also known as an autoimmune disease. In type 1 diabetes, the immune system attacks and destroys the beta cells in the pancreas, which supply insulin to our bodies. In addition, the damage is life-long and cannot be cleared up. This can strike for environmental and genetic reasons. Type 2 diabetes begins with insulin resistance. This means your body cannot use insulin effectively. This will stimulate your pancreas to make more insulin until it can no longer meet the need. The reduced production of insulin leads to high blood sugar. Unexplained lower due to type 1:

·         Overweight

·         Sedentary lifestyle

·         Heredity

Gestational diabetes (GD)

Gestational diabetes (GD) is a type of diabetes occurs during pregnancy and is associated with fatal maternal complications. Gestational diabetes occurs when the body does not produce enough insulin to get pregnant. As a result, glucose builds up in the blood, leading to hyperglycemia. Gestational diabetes occurs late in pregnancy and the baby's body is designed not to cause birth defects.

·         Birth trauma

·         Premature birth

·         Polyhydramnios

Track 3: Epidemiology of Diabetes

Diabetes (DM) is a major public health problem identified as a result of disturbances of carbohydrate, protein and lipid metabolism due to unstable insulin. While the global prevalence of diabetes in 2014 was 8.5%; various estimates put the number of people affected between 422 million and 642 million worldwide by 2040. DM and its complications are among the leading causes of death.

Track 4: Gestational Diabetes

Gestational diabetes is first diagnosed during pregnancy. In most other types of diabetes, gestational diabetes affects the way cells use sugar. Treating diabetes can lead to high blood sugar, which can affect your pregnancy and your baby's health. Pregnancy complications are cause for concern, but the good news is. However, if you have gestational diabetes, you're more likely to develop type 2 Diabetes. Changes in blood sugar should be checked more often.

Track 5: Pediatric Endocrinology

Pediatric endocrinology is the branch of medicine and biology in general that includes disorders of the endocrine glands, mutations that affect children's physical or sexual development, diabetes, and many more. The most common disease, especially Type 1 Diabetes, usually accounts for at least 50% of the typical clinical pathology.

Track 6: Gastrointestinal and Neuroendocrinology

Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Tumor (GI NET) is also known as carcinoid tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. This is a rare type of cancer that can occur in different parts of the digestive system called the digestive system. The digestive system includes the stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and rectum. GI NET is different from other cancers of the gastrointestinal tract because it is formed by cells of the neuroendocrine system. Neuroendocrine cells are part of your body's normal "control system". When the brain and nervous system send messages, neuroendocrine cells release hormones and other chemical mediators that control physical functions such as digestion, reproduction, airflow to the lungs, and reactions, response to stress and trauma. Most GI NETs are small and can be hard to find. They are sometimes found during other procedures, such as B. during colonoscopy or surgery for other conditions.

Track 7: Diabetic Nephropathy

Diabetic Nephropathy is a serious complication of type 1 and type 2 Diabetes and is also known as diabetic nephropathy. In the United States, about one in three people with diabetes has diabetic nephropathy. Diabetic nephropathy affects the ability of the kidneys to do their normal job of removing waste products and excess water from the body. The best way to prevent or delay diabetic nephropathy is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and properly manage diabetes and high blood pressure. Over the years, the disease slowly damages the delicate filtration system of the kidneys. Early treatment can prevent or slow the progression of the disease and reduce the risk of complications. Kidney disease can cause kidney failure, also known as end-stage kidney disease. Kidney failure is a life-threatening condition. Treatment options at this stage include dialysis or kidney transplantation.

Track 8: Urological Issues

Diabetes causes nerve damage to the urinary tract and can cause bladder problems. Overweight and obesity can also cause bladder problems such as urinary incontinence (UI). Diabetes management is an important part of avoiding complications that can lead to excessive urination. Diabetes can cause retrograde ejaculation, and long-term poor glycemic control causes bladder neuropathy. Retrograde ejaculation can occur in diabetic men as a result of diabetic autonomic neuropathy (nerve injury). Even people with diabetes may be able to overcome ED by incorporating lifestyles such as sleep, smoking cessation, and stress relief. ED drugs are usually well tolerated and help overcome ED problems over the years. The most common form of male sexual problem is erectile dysfunction (also known as impotence). This is when you can't get or keep an erection. The first sign may be that you are starting to lose your morning erection. Men with diabetes are three times more likely to expect an erection to be difficult to obtain or maintain.

Track 9: Autoimmune Diabetes

Defined as a type 2 diabetic phenotype in combination with islet antibodies to adult latent autoimmune diabetes, the prevalence of LADA is approximately 10% of diabetic patients aged 4075 years (16). Similar prevalence is found in non-insulin-dependent patients aged 35 years and older who have been diagnosed with phenotypic type 2 diabetes (17). Mortality from all causes was improved by 50% in LADA patients compared to non-diabetic patients, consistent with the results observed across the adult autoimmune diabetic group. In addition, it shows that additional mortality risk applies, especially for male and female mortality from IHD. The reason for LADA is the proliferation of autoantibodies to pancreatic cells, insulin, or enzymes involved in the role of the pancreas. Antibodies that affect the pancreas and its effects can affect the body's response to blood sugar levels.

Track 10: Obesity

Obesity significantly increases the risk of stroke, just as smoking increases the risk of lung cancer. Excess body fat is prone to inflammation and can be the two main causes of stroke: poor circulation and obstruction. The risk factors for stroke are:

·         Cardiac and vascular disease

·         High blood pressure

·         Smoking

·         Diabetes

·         Cerebral aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations (AVM)

Sex steroid hormones are associated with the metabolism, accumulation, and distribution of adipose tissue. Recent studies have shown that the presence of progesterone, estrogenic, and androgen receptors in adipose tissue has a direct effect. Sex steroid hormones act in adipose tissue through non-genome and genomic mechanisms.

Track 11: Stem Cell Treatment

In this study, we used autologous hematopoietic stem cells. They are the same as cord blood stem cells. Understanding how the results of this study can help people who save cord blood at birth, as type 1 diabetes (also known as juvenile diabetes) is an autoimmune disease that occurs early in life. Cord blood is an excellent blood type.

Track 12: Diabetic Ophthalmology

Diabetic ophthalmology is an eye disease caused by diabetes. Diabetic eye disease is a group of eye problems that can affect people with diabetes. These situations include diabetic retinopathy, diabetic enema, cataracts, and glaucoma. Over time, diabetes can damage your eyes, which can lead to very poor vision and even blindness. However, certain steps can be taken to prevent or prevent diabetic eye disease exacerbated by diabetes treatment. Here are some of the best ways to control diabetes and keep your eyes healthy:

·         Control blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. This is sometimes called the ABC for diabetes.

·         If you smoke, help us quit

·         Have your eyes checked once a year

Track 13: Medication of Diabetes

Instead, limit sugar and choose complex carbs like vegetables, oatmeal, and whole grains. If you currently use tobacco, quit. Smoking can contribute to insulin resistance and can lead to type 2 Diabetes. There is no cure for type 2 Diabetes, but studies show that some people can get it back. Diet and weight loss can help achieve and maintain normal blood sugar levels without medication. It does not mean that you have completely recovered from the disease. If you have this type of diabetes, foods you eat that are low in blood sugar (Fiber, protein, or fatty foods) like vegetables and high-quality proteins like fish, chicken, and lentils. Natural remedies for diabetes:

·         Apple cider vinegar

·         Fiber and barley

·         Chrome

·         Zinc

·         Vera

·         Cinnamon

·         Fenugreek

Track 14: Insulin Therapies

Improper use is extremely dangerous and close monitoring and thorough patient education are required for this treatment. For example, if you want to reduce your food intake, then you should lower your insulin. Previously acceptable dosages may be too high if consumed in the diet and cause hypoglycemic reactions if not properly corrected. Daily exercise can reduce insulin requirements. Exercise increases glucose uptake by somatic cells, which are made up of insulin, and vice versa. Also, there are different types of insulin that have different durations and durations of action.

Track 17: Fitness and Nutrition

Adults with diabetes need at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week. Experts also recommend weight training and strength training at least twice a week. Use exercise to fight diabetes. Exercise delays the onset of type 2 diabetes. It can also improve diabetes management. If you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, take action. Physical activity: Increases your heart rate. Movement also causes blood to flow to all organs, especially the brain, eyes, and kidneys. Reduce stress and stress increases the risk of diabetes. Stress also makes it difficult for people with diabetes to control their condition.

Market Analysis

More than 100 million American adults now have diabetes, according to a new report from the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The number of diabetics increased from 108 million in 1980 to 422 million in 2018. This is the fastest growing in low income countries. Diabetes is the leading cause of vision problems, heart attacks, kidney failure and stroke. In 2019, another 2.2 million people died of hyperglycaemia. Nearly half of all deaths from high blood sugar occur before age 70. Does WHO estimate that diabetes will be the 7th leading cause of death by 2025? Globally, the prevalence of diabetes among all age groups is projected to be 3% per 3000 and 5.2% per 2080.
