Food Safety 2020 focuses on the latest research and innovations in the arena of Food Safety and Hygiene which intend to direct gathering for all scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from Universities all around the world. This gathering gives an opportunity for the representative to trade new thoughts and application encounters up close and personal, to build up business or research relations and to discover worldwide accomplices for the future.

The organizing committee of this Food Safety conference2019 is gearing up for an exciting and informative conference program including keynote lectures, featuring well-known aspects and thought-provoking to intense and interactive talks, workshops on the wide range of topics, poster presentations and various programs for attendees from all over the world. 

The proposed theme “Healthy Food and Hygienics for an Opulent Future” reflects the direction of FoodSafety and Hygiene in the 21st Century in a secure yet exciting environment that offers a wide range of diversions to attendees of all backgrounds and provides an enormous opportunity to share research concepts, exchange ideas and establish collaborations & networking.

Food safety is mainly concerned to prevent food from becoming contaminated and causing foodborne illness. Genetically modified foods

Genetically modified foods have been developedbecause of perceived benefits to the producers and consumers. These foods are insectresistance, Herbicide resistance, disease resistance capacity. Apart from thesebenefits genetic engineering can now produce nutritionally enriched foods. But World Health Organizationhas identified few main issues of concern for human health. The issuesare allergenicity, gene transfer, and outcrossing. Continuous risk assessmentand safety evaluation is advised for GM Foods.

With the increasing population, global food demand isalso increasing day by day. Food is a basic amenity required by each one. Withthe elevation in the demand of foodproducts, the maintenance in its quality seems to be ignored. By the year2030, globalfood demand is expected to rise by 35%. Though the leading companiesare working hard to cope up with the rising demand with the use of moderntechnologies, it is difficult to maintain an equilibrium between the food quality andits price. We can witness that the consumption of food has consistentlyincreased at a global level.
