Oney-Montalvo J E is a PhD student from the southeast unit of Center for Research and Assistance in Technology and Design of the State of Jalisco (CIATEJ) in Mérida Yucatán. He has his expertise in the area of chromatography applied to the determination of different metabolites. He obtained a chemical degree in 2015 and a master’s degree in Chemical and Biochemical Sciences in 2018 at the Autonomous University of Yucatán (UADY), where was awarded as the most outstanding student of his generation. Currently, he performs a doctoral stay at the Free University of Bolzano in Bolzano Italy. Here he performs determination of metabolites in habanero by electro analytical sensors.
