The most needed emergency health care is medical conditions like chest pain, trouble in breathing, heart attack, mental cries and infections.

Session on: Medical ethics of health care
The ethics of medicine must seek to balance the health care professionals responsibility to each patient and professionals. We need the medical ethics so that the ethical issue may not be readily apparent. Professional and bioethics are also included on it. The practice of medicine is rooted in a way of trust among patients and the professional.
In fiscal year 2013, 57 contracted providers expended $11,857,919 in state-allocated Primary health care funds. Of this total, contractors reported $9,925,779 expended for direct medical care services and $1,932,140 to provide non-medical services, such as transportation, case management, and administration. There were 70,810 unduplicated clients in 166 counties who received services, ranging from classes on improving health status to direct care services for a one-time problem or a chronic condition.
The European Framework for Action on Integrated Health Services Delivery (EFFA IHSD) is a policy framework that was unanimously endorsed by Member States at the 66th session of the WHO Regional Committee for Europe. Strategically aligned with other commitments, it aims to streamline and accelerate efforts to transform health services delivery in order to advance the Region’s priority of meeting the health challenges of the 21st century.
