 Track.1 Emerging Infections and Inflammatory Diseases

Infection are the symptoms which is shown by body as primary response of any invading foreign agent .Emerging infectious diseases are infections that have recently noticed within a large population or those whose geographic range is rapidly increasing or suspected to increase in the near future. Emerging infections can be caused by: Previously undetected or unknown infectious agents like bacteria, virus, protozoa and other agents.

Track 2.Animal Modeling and Veterinary Infectious Inflammations

Veterinary infectious inflammations are the set of inflammations which occur with a particular animal species either domestic or wild. These inflammations are nothing but several symptoms which causes by different type of Infections. Model organisms are organisms which are used for better understanding the disease process without the added risk of harming an actual human. The species chosen must be resembles with human physiology so that the animal meet a determined reaction to the disease and its treatment taxonomic should be applicable for actual human beings.

Track 3 .Pathogenesis ,Virulence & Counter measures          

Virulence is defined as the ability of an infectious agent to induce diseases in a host body. While pathogenesis defined as the process of development of the disease in host may be acute or chlorine as per the duration of diseases and type of pathogen. Counter measures are the phenomenon of defending steps taken either actively by our body or passively by inducing medicines.

In parasitology, When multiple pathogen species infects a host simultaneously this phenomenon is termed as multi pathogen infections .ex - the liver cells of a host is infected with Hepatitis B virus and Hepatitis D virus, in this case two different viruses are infected simultaneously which can arise incrementally by initial infection followed by super infection.

An immune-mediated inflammatory disease (IMID) is any of a set of diseases is leading to seviour inflammation it is initiated by common inflammatory pathway. It is triggered by a small disorder and deregulation of immune response .  IMIDs can cause damage of the specific organ with which it associate and sometime it also causes increased morbidity and mortality.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are group of diseases caused by infections that are passed from one person to another during sexual contact or by mother to offspring. These infections often do not show any symptoms. Medically, when an infection shows ant symptoms then only it is termed as diseases. so STDs are not considered as diseases and termed as "sexually transmitted infections."

Inflammation occurs due to Infections,which generally appears in small children’s are termed as pediatric inflammatory diseases  .these are also termed as the  autoimmune diseases  because it  developed  in genetics of monogenic level i.e. “inflammation against self” .any small  genetic disorders of either adaptive or innate immunity also leads to immunologic disease continuum (IDC).

The term 'auto inflammatory' has been described as the distinct pathogenesis which carry out by a process related to auto-antigen exposure. It is a set of disorders   which characterized by unexplained self-attack by antibody. in simple word a district disorder of body against its own means our antibody termed as auto antibody are work against our own body cell as they distinguished it as an foreign particle or antigen. Inflammation occurs by this disorder does not have any distinct explanation.

 When a normal body cell unable to carry out its normal natural functions and gain the property of abnormal                     growth it termed as cancerous and later on it affects the whole organ and termed as cancer. Tumors area nothing but inflammations in body .All tumors are not cancerous; benign tumors are not cancerous and do not spread to other parts of the body while malignant tumors are spread all over the body and later on causes cancer .oncology is the science which deals with different kind of cancer.

Bioterrorism is a simple form of terrorism where biological agents (bacteria, viruses, or other germs) are used as bioweapons. This is also known as germ warfare. Many biological agents are found in nature are modified in their genetic level by the terrorist to make them more dangerous. Most of these agents are transmitted from person to person, and the infection rapidly spared in a large population in a small period of time.    

Track 11Zoonosis (Disease Transmitted from Animals to Humans)

A group of infectious diseases which can be transmitted from animals to humans naturally is termed as Zoonosis, from Greek: ‘zoon "animal" and ‘nosos "sickness"). Ebola virus disease, salmonellosis and influenza such type of modern fatal disease are zoonosis. It can be caused by different kind of pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. It has different modes of transmission. Either the disease is directly transmitted from animals to humans or transmitted through media such as air (influenza) or through bites and saliva (rabies). Reverse zoonosis or anthroponosi is the reverse phenomenon of zoonosis in this case diseases transmitted from humans to animals.

Every healthy living organism has a property to defend themselves from any type of invading microorganisms this property is termed as Immune system. There are two major subdivisions of immune system, the innate or nonspecific immune system and the adaptive, acquired or specific immune system. The innate immune system is a primary defense mechanism against invading organisms, which mediated by physical barrier like skin, eyelid etc. while the adaptive immune system acts as a second line of defense which are mediated by several antibody and cells.
