It is the branch of neurology which deals with thestudy of involuntary action of body  andthe nervous system involved in it i.e. ANS. It includes the treatments ofneuron which affects heartbeat, narrowing and widening of blood vessels, swallowing etc. Progressive disintegration of autonomic nervous system neuronresults in various types of disorder. Few disorders are listed below.

Scientific Session on Behavioural Neurology

Branch of neurology which deals with thestudy of evaluation, management and treatment of patients having alteredbehaviour due to braindisorder. Some of the disorder occurs due to brain damage, psychological trauma. Thisdisorder alters the thinking capability and memory power. Its treatmentincludes attention, memory, emotion, language and behavioural problems.

Scientific Session on ClinicalNeurophysiology or Neurophysiology

It is the branch ofscience in which the brain functions is recorded and studied with the help ofbio-electric activity; it can be spontaneous or stimulated. It includes theclinical and pathophysiological method to diagnose disease in Central Nervous System and Peripheral NervousSystem. It helps in precise diagnosis of disease. This branch helps us todiagnose the intensity of the brain damage.

Scientific Session on Cognitive Neurology

The study of cognitive neurology includes part ofpsychiatry, psychology and neuroscience. All the threebranches i.e. psychiatry, psychology and neurosciences are overlapping in the cognitive neurology. Its study focus onneural substrates of mental processes and their behavioural manifestations

Scientific Session on ComputationalNeurology

Computational Neurology is the learning ofbrain and its function through information processing structures that make upthe nervous system. Computational Neurology comprises the use ofcomputer simulations and theoretical models to study the function of the brainand nervous system.

Scientific Session on Geriatric Neurology

It is the branch ofneurology which deals with the diagnosis, treatment and medication ofneurological condition prevailed due to the effect of aged condition. It alsocovers the specialization monitoring of aging central nervous system and itsvulnerable effect to due to certain neurological disorder. This neurology study also includes dementia, Alzheimer's disease, gaitdisorders and Parkinson's disease and theeffects of medication on the nervous system.

Scientific Session on Neural Development

Neuroscience studies which includethe study of the processes that generate shape and reshapes the nervous system. It seeks to describe the cellular basis of neural development to addressunderlying mechanisms.

Scientific Session on Neurodegenerative and Neurologic Disorder

The major cause of neural disorder is the progressivedegeneration in structure and function of neuron. Sometimes it also causes thedeath of the neurons. Neural degeneration cause many neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s,ALS, Huntington’s etc. Many researches are going on but till date these diseasesare incurable and progressively results in degeneration or death of nervecells. This deterioration causes the loss of cognitive behaviour and otherclinical features.

Scientific Session on Neurogenetics

Genetics and neurology are studied togetherin a branch of science called neuro-genetics, which concerns the developmentand function of the nervous system as well as the role played by genes in itsdevelopment. A wide range of diseases and disorders are determined by neuro-geneticsand these conditions can have substantial impacts on an individual’s quality oflife, behaviour and personality. A wide range of diseases and disorders aredetermined by neuro-genetics and these conditions can have substantial impactson an individual’s quality of life, behaviour and personality.

Scientific Session on Neural Engineering

Neural Engineering isthe discipline within various biomedical engineering or bio-engineeringtechniques are used to understand, repair, replace, enhance, or otherwiseexploit the properties of neural systems. Neural engineers are uniquelyqualified to solve design problems at the interface of living neural tissue andnon-living constructs. Neural engineering gives the idea about disorder throughdiagnosis and treatment of the neuraldisorder.

Scientific Session on Neuroimaging

Neuroimaging or brain imaging isthe technology in which with the help of various techniques either directly orindirectly image the structure, function/pharmacology of the nervous system isstudied by in-silico approach. It is a comparatively novel branch withinmedicine, neuroscience, and psychology. Physicians who specialize in theperformance and interpretation of neuroimaging in the clinical setting areneuroradiologists. Neuroimaging falls into two broadcategories: Structural imaging and functional imaging

Scientific Session on Neurology

Neurology is the science which dealswith the study of medicine, diagnostics and disease related to nervous system. It includes the diagnosis and treatment of all type of diseases or conditionrelated to central nervous system (CNS), peripheral nervoussystem (PNS) which include autonomic nervous system and somatic nervous system. The neuron covering, subsidiary blood vessels and all effector tissue related disorder andtreatments come under neurology.

Scientific session on Neurobiology is the study of thebrain and nervous system, which are the cells and tissue that generatesensation, perception, movement, learning, emotion, and many of the function. Neurobiology is intrinsicallymulti-disciplinary, spanning from molecular biology and gene regulation inneurons, to chemical and electrical signalling in neurons, to informationprocessing by neural circuits and brain regions, to nervous system developmentand plasticity.

Scientific Session on Neuroimmunology

Neuroimmunology deals with the studyof immunological structure and function of nervous system.  Neuroimmunology seek to betterunderstand the interactions of these two complex systems during development, homeostasis, and response to injuries. It is a newly developed and rapidlydeveloping research area. It further develops the knowledge of the pathologyand neurological diseases, some of which have no clear etiology. In doing so,neuro-immunology contributes to development of new pharmacological treatmentsfor several neurological conditions. Several kind of interfaces involve boththe nervous and immune systems which includes the physiological functioning ofthe two systems in health and disease, malfunction of either or both systemsthat leads to disorders, and the physical, chemical, and environmentalstressors that affect the two systems on a daily basis.

Scientific Session on Neurosurgery

Neurosurgery is also termed asneurological surgery. It is the discipline of neurology which is concerned withthe diagnosis of disease and treatment of neurological disorders. Neurosurgery is closely associatedto neuro-medicine, which includes the diagnosis and treatment of neurologicaldisorders and complications using medications and non-surgical procedure. Inmost cases, neurologists (who deal with neuro-medicine) work together withneurosurgeons. Neurosurgeons operate on the spine, brain or nerves of the limbsor extremities. They treat patients of all ages, ranging from new born withcongenital neurological anomalies (biological defects) to aged individuals. Neurosurgeonsare also treatment of nerve injuries, infections of the central nervous system, neuroblastoma and neurodegenerativediseases

Scientific Session on Neuropsychiatry

Neuropsychiatry is a branch ofmedicine that deals with mental disorders attributable to diseases of thenervous system. Neuropsychiatry preceded the currentbranch of psychiatry and neurology, which had common training. However, psychiatry and neurology subsequently split apart and are typically practicedseparately. Nevertheless, neuropsychiatry has become a growingsubspecialty of psychiatry and it is also closely related to the field ofneuropsychology and behavioural neurology, which is a subspecialty of neurologythat addresses clinical problems of cognition and/or behaviour caused by braininjury or brain disease of different etiologies.

Scientific Session on Neurooncology

Neurooncology is a branch ofmedicine that concerns cancers of the brain and spinal cord. Cancers of thenervous system are often severe conditions that eventually become lifethreatening. Of the malignant brain cancers, high-grade astrocytoma and gliomasof the brain stem are examples of the most severe diseases, with patients notusually surviving more than a few months without treatment. Survival can beextended with chemotherapy and radiotherapy to a couple of years in some cases

Scientific Session on Neurorehabilitation

Neurorehabilitation can be explained as aprocess that aims to optimize a person’s participation in society and sense ofwell-being. Neurorehabilitation highlights severalimportant features: rehabilitation is not a particular type of intervention;the focus is on the patient as a person; the goals relate to socialfunctioning, as well as health or well-being; it is not a process restricted topatients who may recover, partially or completely, but applies to all patientsleft with long-term problems. The contrast to traditional neurology is in thebroader scope, extending well away from the underlying pathology but alwaysbeing fully informed by the paramount importance of the primary diagnosis

Scientific Session on Pediatric Neurology

Pediatric neurology refers to aspecialized branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and management ofneurological conditions in neonates (newborns), infants, children andadolescents. The discipline of child neurology encompasses diseases anddisorders of the spinal cord, brain, peripheral nervous system, autonomicnervous system, muscles and blood vessels that affect individuals in these agegroups.
