There are four sorts of topics covered by clinical microbiology: microscopic organism’s anatomy, growths, parasitic action, and infections.

Track 2. Aero Microbiology

Aero microbiology is the science which deals with living organisms which are suspended unnoticeable all around the air. These organisms are named as bioaerosols. Despite the fact that there are essentially less climatic microorganisms than there are in seas and in the soil, there is as yet a sufficiently extensive number that they can influence the environment. As they are suspended unnoticeable all around the section, these organisms have the chance to travel long distance with the assistance of wind, expanding the event of across the board malady by these microorganisms. These organisms are caused illness in people, creatures, and plants. Regularly organisms will be suspended in clouds, where they can perform forms that adjust the synthetic arrangement of the cloud, and may even incite precipitation

Track 3.  Cellular Microbiology

Cell microbiology is the logical scientific study of the capacities, growth, and properties of microbial cells. This branch of science consolidates procedures and methodologies of cell science and microbiology. The latest research of Cell microbiology studied how to utilize pathogenic microorganisms as devices for cell-science investigate and to utilize cell-science strategies to comprehend the pathogenicity of organisms to apply it to medical and forensic science.

Track 4.  Clinical Bacteriology

Importance of bacteria in the field of medicine cannot be under evaluated. They are single-celled microorganisms and don't have a definite nuclear membrane so that they isolate by double splitting, binary fission. Bacteriology is the science which deals with bacteria’s and their connection to medicine.Current research in Bacteriology gives a high importance to apply the germ hypothesis to identifying the harmful activity of bacteria in the waste of food sustenances and wines.bacteriology has numerous fruitful advances like powerful antibodies, for instance, diphtheria toxoid. There has additionally been a few immunizations that were not as viable and have reactions, for instance, typhoid, and torment immunizations. Bacteriology has additionally given disclosure of anti-microbial.

Track 5.  Clinical Virology

Virology is the disciplinary study of infections causing submicroscopic, parasitic particles of DNA contained in a protein coat and infection caused by them depends on their structure, arrangement, and development, their approaches to contaminate and misuse have cells for multiplication, their cooperation with have life form physiology of the host cell. Clinical Virology consists the study of isolation of viruses from host cell by various direct or indirect techniques and develops anti-viral therapies depending upon the diseases causing viral physiology

Track 6.  Clinical Immunology

The study of a set of diseases caused by the disorder in the immune system is called clinical immunology. Here host body own cells act like pathogens and caused a set of diseases and disorders.

Track 7.  Parasitology & Mycology

Clinical Parasitology is generally dealing with the study of the morphological distinguishing property of intestinal parasites, blood and different part of the host body.Mycology deals with the study of infection causing fungus. Also, it does morphological and biochemical distinguishing identification of yeasts and molds and antifungal testing for parasites segregated in blood culture

Track 8. Parasitic Diseases

Diseases and Infections caused by parasites are called parasitic Diseases or parasitosis. These parasites cause basic or fatal infections both in animals and Plants.A Parasite generally enters into our body by skin or mouth. Parasite infection transmitted by contaminated food, water, bug bites, sexual contact etc

Track 9. Microbial Genetics

The study of the genetics of microbes like bacteria, fungi, archaea, protozoa, viruses is called microbial genetics. This study includes both microbe genotype and expression system of the phenotype. A unique blend of microbiology and genetic engineering are the disciplinary definition for Microbial genetic

Track 10. Microbial Biochemistry

Microbial Biochemistry contains biochemical responses in microbial development, different modes and instruments/procedures of pathogenesis required in causing contamination/illnesses in the host. It includes the study of microbial development, microbial cell structure, microbial digestion and the interaction of natural macromolecules, similar to sugars, proteins, Fatty Acids and Lipids and nucleic acids inside a microbe.

Track 11. Microbial Pathogenesis  and Epidemiology

Pathogenesis is the property of a microbe to cause diseases in other terms it is called as Virulence and several toxins from microbe are responsible for virulence and pathogenesis of the diseases.Pathogenesis involves infection, inflammation, malignancy and Tissue Breakdown which can be explained by acute, chronic, and recurrent state.Epidemiology is the Disciplinary study of patterns, cause, and effect of a disease on a defined population by the study of epidemiology we can understand a particular transmission rate of a new emerging infection.

Track 12. Microbial Biofilms

A microbial biofilm is a state of micro-organisms that stick to each other and adhere to a living or a non-living surface to form a film-like structure. They secrete a self-produced matrix of extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) and frequently embedded within it which may also be referred to as slime. Which are generally found in natural, industrial and hospital settings. On our teeth, we can found theses microbial biofilm which causes tooth decay or gum disease.

Track 13. Veterinary Microbiology and  Microbial Diseases

Veterinary microbiology deals with the infections and diseases caused by microbes to the domesticated as well as wild animals. There are several microbes caused fatal diseases to domesticated animals and generally transmitted from companion animals via food and water sometimes by air also. To provide a better health to our pet animals complete prevention of these infections are necessary.

Track 14. Pediatric Microbial Infection

A disciplinary branch of clinical and medical microbiology is pediatric infections. It deals with the infections and diseases or illness caused by microbes to a newborn to 7 to 8-year babies. Most of the pediatric infections like skin infections, cold, pneumonia are caused by bacteria, virus and other microbes. This study comes under neonatology in medicine.

Track 15. Nosocomial Infection

Nosocomial infections are nothing but the hospital-acquired infections which caused by several microbes like bacteria, virus due to lack of sterilizations and hospital adequate.Infections transmitted from suspected patient to healthy human by air by hospital staffs or by foods.

Track 16. Anti-microbial Drugs and Herbal products

Antimicrobial agents are those products which minimize and inhibit the growth of microbes. Nature has a number of plants and herbs which have antimicrobial property as natural products minimize the chance of side effect so nowadays most of the people prefer ayurvedic and natural products to get rid of several infections.Current research going on the natural products to get the proper benefit from it. And to prepare effective drugs from it which can be used universally instead of chemically composed drugs.

Track 17. Diagnosis, Control, and  Vaccination for Microbial Diseases

To get rid of diseases proper diagnosis is necessary. Diagnosis nothing but a procedure in which several chemical and biological tests are carried out to identify the proper cause of a disease so that patient can supply with proper medication. As there is a said that prevention is better than cure so vaccinations for diseases are necessary. There are several vaccines are available for several fatal diseases so to minimize the chance of the diseases proper vaccination should be done

Track 18. Applications in Clinical and Medical Microbiology

Clinical microbiology deals with diagnoses, control, and prevention of infection which carried out by several instruments, equipment, and tests. Like biochemical and biomedical assays.Research on immunological innovations are carried out to know the bacteria pathogenesis properly and develop vaccines on several fatal microbial infections like polio, rabies, smallpox

Track 19. Microbes in Bioterrorism

Bioterrorism refers to the unlawful use of biological agents like bacteria, virus and other germs against a large population to make impact full violence. In term, it is also called as germ warfare.Microbes are cause of several fatal diseases these are genetically modified by terrorist to make them more furious and used as a weapon to cause infection and diseases to a large population so that they create a remarkable impact in a small period of time

Track 20. Current and Future Advancement in Clinical and Medical Microbiology

Current era focusing to make diseases free world so clinical and medical microbiology carries a central attraction to optimize and management of including sampling, identification, diagnosis, vaccination, and prevention.Research is going to use different methods of diagnosis which can be a cost-effective procedure for identifying and characterizing microbial pathogens to provide a significant result
